1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Defective Products: If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described in the order, we will offer a full return or replacement.
Incorrect Products: If the wrong product was shipped to you, we will correct the issue by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.
Note: Returns due to reasons other than defects or shipping errors may not be accepted unless specified in the product’s terms.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Notify Us: Please contact our Customer Service team at info@palmyraphytotech.com within five business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs if applicable.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.
Return Shipment: Once you receive the RA number, please package the items securely and ship them back to us at the address provided. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned items, our team will inspect them for eligibility. If the return is approved, we will proceed with either a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original transaction. If your return is approved, the refund will typically be processed within ten business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Full Refunds: Full refunds will be granted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Partial Refunds: If the product shows signs of use or damage not related to our error, a partial refund may be issued, based on the condition of the returned item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Custom or made-to-order items
Opened or used items (unless defective or incorrect)
Items that are not in their original packaging or are missing components
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
